1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using arrocdecol's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Course Registration and Payment

Registration for courses is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payment terms are:

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration
  • Payment plans may be available for certain courses
  • All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the course start date: Full refund minus administrative fee
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of course start: 50% refund
  • No refunds for cancellations made after the course has started
  • Medical emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis

4. Course Attendance and Participation

Students are expected to:

  • Attend all scheduled sessions
  • Arrive on time and prepared
  • Participate actively and respectfully
  • Complete assigned exercises and homework
  • Respect the learning environment and other students

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to handouts, presentations, and recordings, are the intellectual property of arrocdecol and are protected by copyright laws. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

arrocdecol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
